What is the delivery time for orders?
Regular orders normally take 20 - 22 days for production and 3 - 5 days for delivery; Special orders in your own styles can normally take 28 - 30 days for production and 3 - 5 days for delivery. You will receive en email of delivery status from us when your order is shipped out. In the event your order cannot be shipped, you will be informed with the reason for delay via email from us.

When should I order?
Please place your order as far as in advance of your wedding date as possible. By doing so, you will allow ample time for production and shipping. It also affords you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alterations if necessary.

Can I return and exchange items?
All sales are final and cannot be cancelled at the point of purchase. Due to the special nature of our merchandise, we cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds if the gown is made correct. Please be sure of the style, size, color, and any other specifications before submitting your order. Also, standardized dye lots cannot be guaranteed for orders with multiple gown styles. If we find our dresses do have size or color problems then dresses can be return and exchange. For more about returning please take reference of our return policy.

How do I order?
We offer two convenient ways to order: online, offline (Bank Transfer). Orders can be placed on our website using our secure online order form which allows you to make your payment online. To order by bank transfer, you may have the online order form or request a form emailed to us by contacting us at


Can I place my order over the phone?
We do not accept phone orders. We require all orders in writing to avoid errors.

How do I pay?
We accept payment by paypal, west union, bank transfer.

How do I decide what size to order?
Please see Size Chart on our site. It is important that you follow our size chart to decide your size. Or you provide us your own measurements for us to custom make the dress for you

Prior to selecting your size to order, we suggest reviewing the information provided in How to Measure.
The customer is responsible for the size ordered and or whether or not to order special length. We are unable to assist in measurements or the selection of a size. So we friendly suggest you can ask your local tailor to help you to get the right measurement.

Is there a charge for custom-made service?
DidoCouture.com offers custom-made service for FREE! All you have to do is input your measurements according to our Measurement Guide.

Note: We can change the length of the train, add sleeves on a sleeveless gown, change corset back style. You can input your ideas in the NOTE when you submit your order online. 

Do you offer plus size wedding dress to order online? What's the extra charge for it?
Deciding on the perfect wedding dress is always a difficult decision for any bride to be, especially stressful for the plus size bride to be. Whether you are looking for plus-size wedding gowns or plus size bridal gowns, you can find what you want right here at didocouture.com. All you have to do is to input your own measurements, leaving us to custom make your dream wedding dress! Plus size custom-made service is FREE!

Can you make a dress off the pictures I provide?
Sure, it is so easy, simply choose a picture of any wedding dress stating the material, measurements (Note: It's better to provide the front, back and detail pictures of the dress). Then send the pictures or the link page tohangoodluck@hotmail.com in the title" Request for designing wedding gown". You can input any ideas in the email. After we study, we'll provide you a quote, then upon your approval, our professional designers will begin creating your dream wedding dress. Once complete, We will send dress to you and notify you by email.

How will I be notified of my order status?
We contact our customers by email at various points of the order process. It is imperative the customer includes an email address on their order.

The first email is sent immediately after an order is submitted to confirm your order is in our system. The next email is sent 3 - 5 business days thereafter to confirm your order has been in production and will include the estimated shipping of your order to our location. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order is shipped from our location and will include the tracking number.

How can I check the status of my order?
We notify our customers by email at various points of the ordering process. We suggest referring to these emails first regarding your order status. How long is shipping from your location to me?
Orders shipping from our location normally take 3 - 5 business days for delivery. This may vary according to the DHL / FEDEX / UPS courier's schedule.
